I am Patrick, founder of the Pinto Flash website and experience. I have a bachelor degree in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition. I managed a Fitness Center, I worked out daily and believed that I was very healthy. Once I changed my career and became what I thought was busy, I started to develop unhealthy habits. I started to drink more alcohol and stopped eating healthy, stopped working out and getting proper sleep. For 11 years I continued these bad habits which, needless to say, deteriorated my health. I was literally sick and tired every day but I found a way to start getting my health back. I know that the same can work for you.
I Got Healthy By Slowly Stacking Better Habits
I believe it takes a special kind of person to wake up one day overweight/unhealthy and start doing all the right things to improve their health from day one. Most people fail at getting healthy because they try to do more than they are ready to really take on in their life. I chose to pick one habit to do every day until I was comfortable with it and I knew that it was now part of me and my routine. By taking this approach I didn’t get burned out but I did improve every day.

My goal is to help you achieve your goals and live a healthier lifestyle every day. through my education, my work experience as a Fitness Center Manager/Personal Trainer and my experience of achieving my health again after 11 years of unhealthy choices.
